Samantha Sage

Samantha manages the Closing/Funding department at My City Home Loans to ensure our closings are stress free meeting all parties expectations regarding the funding aspect of the mortgage transaction.

She oversees the preparation and delivery of all final loan documents for a variety of loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, JUMBO, and Portfolio. She also manages the post-closing role of delivering all final signed documents to all respective parties ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends on the water. When not on the water, concerts and traveling up north are Samantha’s go-to pass times. “There’s nothing like watching your favorite artists live and traveling with your favorite people.” The most rewarding part of my job is that we work as a family. We’re a well-oiled machine working together with every department to make sure that people are getting the best service as well as in a timely manner. We are a close-knit group inside and outside of work and enjoying the day-to-day operations and friendships in the office have us looking forward to the next day at the office.
