What’s your favorite part of the homebuying process to guide clients through—and why?
The moment the keys hit their hand. That’s when the vision becomes reality, and I get to say, “We did this!” I thrive on walking clients through every twist and turn, but the handoff? That’s the magic. That’s legacy.
What’s one underrated feature you always notice when walking through a home?
Flow. People overlook how a home feels when you move through it. It’s not just square footage or finishes, it's energy, intention, and whether your lifestyle fits naturally from room to room.
How do you help buyers or sellers feel confident when the market feels uncertain?
I don’t sugarcoat, I educate. I remind them that chaos creates opportunity, and with the right strategy (and a steady hand like mine), we can win in any market.
What advice do you give clients that most people don’t expect to hear?
Don’t fall in love with the paint color. Fall in love with the potential. I always say, "You’re not just buying a house, you’re buying your future." So let's make sure it makes sense on all levels.
Is there a common real estate myth you love to debunk?
That spring is the only time to sell. Please. I’ve set records in fall, winter, you name it. The right marketing and pricing strategy trumps any season.
What originally inspired you to get into real estate?
A love for people, property, and possibility. I’ve always had a thing for storytelling, and every home, every client, has one. I get to help people turn the page and start a brand-new chapter.
What’s a local coffee shop or small business you love to support?
You’ll usually catch me at Dear Prudence with something from The Pantry in my hand. Fashion + food = my love language.
When you're not working, where can we find you on a Saturday afternoon?
Chasing my daughter’s volleyball game, sneaking in a boutique stop, or popping champagne with friends. No two Saturdays are the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
What’s your dream travel destination right now—and why?
Anywhere with charm, culture, and a strong espresso game. Italy’s calling me, and I’ve got the outfit packed just in case.
