Derek is an important part of the Processing department and is responsible for making sure the loan process goes as smoothly as possible for everyone involved.
As a senior processor, he reviews some of the more complex documentation in advance of the underwriter.
Derek loves to travel, go golfing, camping, spending time with family, and going on ski trips around the world. He is a diehard Detroit sports and Michigan State fan. He is a firm believer in ‘Adopting not shopping’ for pets. He got his dog Rocky from Hearts of Hope, a foster company in Grand Rapids, MI. He loves being a part of the My City team and assisting customers in getting their dream homes.
