Karli Faulkner

Karli is a proud mom of two beautiful girls and a dedicated dog lover with four pups. With 20 years of experience as a cosmetologist and 12 years in the mortgage industry, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her work. Her career has taken her through every part of the mortgage process, from reception and call center roles to payments, payoffs, and origination, giving her a full understanding of the homebuying journey. After purchasing her first home at 22, Karli developed a strong passion for problem-solving and making the path to homeownership as simple and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Karli is active in her community as a middle school youth group leader and through volunteer efforts with Kids Food Basket, Kids Hope, Habitat for Humanity, and Junior Achievement. In her free time, she enjoys camping at Grand Haven State Park, attending cheer competitions, and diving into creative projects like crafting, sewing, and painting. She also loves unwinding with movies and looks forward each year to the fall and holiday seasons.
