Katie Gardner is a West Michigan loan originator who believes the best business happens when smart solutions meet genuine relationships. Before joining My City Home Loans, she spent the past decade building an ecosystem within the real estate industry. From working at a brokerage to real estate marketing, and from title insurance to inspections, her background gives her a unique perspective on the homebuying process. She sees it not just as a transaction, but as a collaboration between Realtors, lenders, and service partners, all working together to create a great experience.

Now, Katie works alongside her husband, Ryan, helping buyers navigate the loan process with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, they enjoy cheering on the Grand Rapids Gold in the winter, relaxing on the deck with their pups in the summer, and traveling whenever they can in between. Katie is also a watercolor artist, a lifelong card player who will happily challenge you to a game of euchre or cribbage, and a breast cancer survivor who approaches both life and business with resilience, creativity, and a strong belief that good things happen when you build the right community around you.
